Parking lane?

Furzehill Road Borehamwood. The car is parked on the bicycle lane. To the right is the pedestrian path with the poles in it. This car has been parked here a lot. I reported it to the police station and they said they would send someone to look. Lets see what happens.

I haven't seen the mini there for a couple of days, but others have now taken the spot......
